ARE SAYING

ONE OF A KIND.
MADE BY HAND.
EVERY TIME.
I don't run a factory. I run a workshop. Every ring is hand-sourced, hand-fitted, hand-finished — the same way my father was taught during a six-year apprenticeship under the jeweler who crafted pieces for the Austrian emperor. That precision, that care — it's in my hands. It's in yours.
- ✓Wood grain varies ring to ring — yours is genuinely one of a kind
- ✓My father's Austrian master jeweler training runs through everything I make
- ✓I inspect and finish every ring by hand before it ships
A RING THAT
MEANS SOMETHING
- 🪷The Rebirth PhilosophyI believe we're all moving through miniature spiritual rebirths. I started by turning broken skateboards into rings at 14 — and I've been chasing transformation ever since. Every ring I make carries that belief.
- 🌊Inspired by Many Cultures, Made in UtahI've been shaped by everywhere I've been — Hawaii, Guatemala, solo travels through Latin America. That's not background noise. It's in the philosophy, the materials, the way I think about craft. Now I build in Mapleton, Utah, and every ring carries all of it.
- 🌍Service at the CoreDuring my service mission in Guatemala, I collaborated with a small group of Mayan women who live by Lake Atitlan — one of the most beautiful places on earth. We made handwoven bags together. It was about community, love for the people, and showing up for something bigger than yourself. That spirit lives in everything I make.

“We ordered matching sets and both felt the weight of them — the real, handmade weight. Not the usual factory ring. Something else entirely.”
“Wearing this every day — surfing, working, living. It holds up and it means something. That combination is rare.”
“I read Daniel's story and immediately knew this was different. A skateboarder, a jeweler's son, two years in Guatemala. The ring carries all of it.”
From a Broken Board
to a Ring for Your
Forever Chapter
I've been skateboarding since I was eight. By fourteen, I had a collection of broken boards I couldn't bring myself to throw away. My dad — an Austrian master jeweler trained under the craftsman who made jewels for the emperor — sat down with me one day and we made our first ring together. Something reborn from something broken. That was the moment.
📍 Utah, USAWord spread. Skaters in the community started donating their snapped decks. I started repurposing them — ring by ring, layer by layer. Each one carrying the story of a session that ended and something new that began. Every skateboard ring I make is handmade from broken decks donated by the local skate community. Each ring is one of a kind. Each one carries a story.
📍 Provo, UtahI moved to Oahu to attend BYU–Hawaii in Laie and opened my first real workshop there. The culture of Hawaii — the ocean, the people, the constant motion — inspired me deeply. The name Rebirth started to mean something bigger. Not just recycled material. Unavoidable change. Spiritual rebirth. The lotus growing through mud. Embrace it or be buried by it.
📍 Laie, Oahu, HawaiiA two-year service mission brought me to Guatemala, where I found myself beside Lake Atitlan in San Lucas Toliman — one of the most beautiful places on earth. I collaborated with a small group of Mayan women who live by that lake and together we created a limited handwoven bag collection. Part art. Part service. Pure love for the people and the place. It wasn't the rings — but it was entirely Rebirth.

FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. We use stabilized wood — vacuum-infused with resin, making it significantly harder and more moisture-resistant than raw wood. The interior is also finished with thin CA glue, creating a protective seal. Hundreds of customers wear these daily — including surfers and skaters.
