Rebirth World is an e-commerce store selling handcrafted recycled jewelry. Our services include:

  • Online store: Browse, customize, and purchase handcrafted jewelry made from recycled materials
  • Account management: Create an account to track orders, save shipping addresses, and manage preferences
  • Order fulfillment: Processing, packaging, and shipping of purchased items

2. Account Registration

To make purchases or track orders, you may create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.

3. Orders and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of your order are the prices you will be charged.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of checkout through Stripe, our payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total amount.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Taxes and Shipping

Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs vary based on destination and shipping method selected.

4. Shipping

Processing Time

All jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Custom or engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@rebirth.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping and billing information
  • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our website
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property

All aspects of the Rebirth World website and brand, including our software, designs, product photography, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by REBIRTH WORLD LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Product Designs

Our jewelry designs are original works. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of the physical item but does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rebirth World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebirth World, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of our services may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 shall survive termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah County, Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rebirth World regarding our services.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
